By now, you’ve probably
seen it on social media. To honor the release of our new salted peanuts and dark chocolate bar (featuring the African Elephant), we’re giving away a trip for two to Africa. For six days and six nights in June 2019, two lucky friends of wildlife will be able to see up close the majestic animals we work to save every day.

Getting There
Endangered Species Chocolate will fly one winner and their guest to the capital city of Nairobi, Kenya on June 16, where the adventure begins. Kenya is a beautiful and thriving East African nation that features welcoming natives, vibrant cultures, visually stunning scenery and remarkable wildlife. Kenya truly has something for everyone.
The first two nights of the trip will be spent at
Giraffe Manor, which offers guided nature walks, museums and opportunities to feed and marvel with the resident Rothschild Giraffe. After breakfast on June 17, a friendly guide will take you from the Manor to see elephants up close for the first time.
Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage
Endangered species such as elephants and black rhinos enjoy a state of refuge at what is billed as the world’s
most successful orphan elephant rescue program. Founded in 1977 by Dr. Dame Daphne Sheldrick D.B.E., the grounds is a tribute to Kenya’s wilderness and provides hope for threatened species. To date, the program at Sheldrick has successfully hand-raised more than 150 infant elephants and has reached their goals of re-introducing them into wild herds.
Elephant Watch Camp
On June 18 -19, the safari continues with a flight from Nairobi to Samburu in Kenya’s Northern Frontier District. There, a camp guide will take you to the exotic and eco-friendly
Elephant Watch Camp. Perched on the banks of the Ewaso Ngiro River, the camp is home to some of the largest elephant bulls in the region and features luxurious lodging accommodations.
The Elephant Watch Camp features truly unique interactions with the elephants, giving guides, guests and researchers a deep understanding between them that is unmatched. The camp is closely connected with Save The Elephants, a conservation organization that advocates for elephant protection and global awareness of preservation.
Maasai Mara Game Reserve
A flight from Samburu across some of Kenya’s magnificent lakes leads you to the Maasai Mara for an all-inclusive two-night stay. Upon arrival, you’ll travel to
Sala’s Camp, where the accommodation is stylish yet simple and provides a one-of-a-kind safari experience.
At Sala’s Camp you’ll not only be nestled in indigenous forest and overlook the Serengeti, but you’ll see the Great Migration unfold. The Northern Corridor in the area is the famous route taken by millions of wildebeests each year. Early morning drives allow you to see the animals awaken under the African dawn, and in the afternoons and evenings you’ll see elephants rumble across the scenic hillside.
Heading Home
After a June 22
nd flight back to Nairobi, you’ll be transferred to the luxurious 5-star
