Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping for domestic orders via USPS.
Standard Shipping:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 3-7 business days within the United States.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or customs delays.
Shipping Restrictions
We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses that are not listed as available during the checkout process.
Summer Cold Packing
From April to October we cold pack your orders to mitigate any melting. During hot weather months, we may delay shipping your order to avoid the risk of melting during transit. If your order is delayed, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.
Returns
If there is an error with your order (Damaged During Transit, Incorrect Order, etc) you are subject to a refund. Please reach out to us so we can better assist you.
